What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of exercise that uses the body weight (and spring tension on machines) to lengthen and strengthen muscles. It is a mind-body form of exercise that requires focus and concentration. Pilates strengthens deep postural muscles within the body.

What is Egoscue?

Egoscue is a form of therapy that focuses on aligning the joints, reducing asymmetry and fine-tuning corrective work to eliminate pain within the body.
